Erholung pur, die Halbinsel, die Lage der Wohnung, das Wetter, alles hat perfekt zusammengepasst.
10.0Wir kennen das Hausteil von früher. Schon damals war der Haustyp herausragend, da die Wohnung ein komplettes Endstück des Reihenhauses bildet mit um das Haus reichender Terrasse. Allerdings war das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Letzterem wurde durch nahezu kompletter Renovierung Rechnung getragen. Einfach nur wow und schön, die Wohnung ist voll ihren Preis wert. Wir haben uns vom Moment des Betretens dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Hier fallen uns nur 2 Kleinigkeiten ein: Fliegengitter an den Fenstern (insbesondere Schlafzimmer und Bad) wären toll. Die Duschmöglichkeit ist beschwerlich, man muss immer die Badewannenwand überwinden; der Stand ist in einer Badewanne beim Duschen auch nicht so optimal; für große Gäste ist der Duschschlauch zu kurz; leider bleibt der Duschkopf bei laufendem Wasser nicht in seiner Halterung sondern veranstaltet muntere Wasserspiele. Diese „Nachteile“ waren für uns aber eher nebensächlich und würden einer erneuten Buchung nicht im Wege stehen.
