10.0Direkt an der Treppe zum Strand gelegen ist die Lage top. Egal, ob zur Prommenade, zum Bahnhof oder zum Ort: Man kommt überall super schnell hin. Durch den eigenen Parkplatz muss man sich auch keine Sorgen machen, wo das Fahrzeug abgestellt werden kann. Die Wohnung an sich ist groß und modern ausgestattet. Und im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen FeWos gibt es AUSREICHEND Besteck und Geschirr. Dafür ein Großes Plus! Ein weiteres großes Plus gibt es für die Aussicht: Vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus kann man sogar das Jagdschloss Granitz sehen! Der Aufzug ist für den Ein- und Auszug praktisch.
− Die Terrasse ist zwar groß, aber leider nicht wettergeschützt. In der prallen Sonne ist es eher unangenehm, im Regen eher nass.

6.0Lage der Unterkunft perfekt, wenige Minuten bis zur Promenade/Strand und Geschäften.
− Extrem hellhörig, Gegend sehr teuer.
