Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (höchstens zwei Tage) in Ordnung. Für längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet
5.0Das Wohnzimmer war sehr geräumig, Das Bad in Ordnung.
− Schlafzimmer: Der beidseitige Seitenabbstand zwischen Wand und Bettkannte seitlich war sagenhafte 30 cm !! Man musste schon akrobatisch sein , um überhaupt aus dem Bett zu kommen. Wohnzimmer: Die Fensterfront Erdgeschoss grenzte direkt an den Gehsteig. Vorbeigehende Passanten hätten uns zuschauen können bei geöffneten Jalousien. Wir mussten sie also dauerhaft geschlossen halten. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.

− etwas feucht kalt im Schlafzimmer, es ging nicht sich auf dem Fernseher mit Streaming Diensten zu verbinden, hellhörig, Öl+Pfeffer+Salz wären gut, später keine Antworten mehr, alles nur kleine Punkte

8.0Sehr gute zentrale Lage, direkt an der Straße. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten raus, von der Straße abgewandt, so kann man bestens ruhig schlafen. Bäcker und Fleischer in der Nähe und sehr zu empfehlen.

− Die Hauptfenster zum Roßplatz können Rollladen oder blickdichte Vorhänge gebrauchen. Auch zum Lärmschutz gerade am frühen Morgen
