− Kliması yok. Yaz aylarında kalınmaz. Yaz hariç diğer mevsimler için oldukça ideal bir yer. Ek yatak haddinden fazla gıcırtı çıkartıp durdu.

Sauber, ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen.
9.0Die Lage war fantastisch - sehr zentral und ruhig. Und das Einchecken war auch super einfach. Die Wohnung war auch gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Es gab Tee, Kaffee und sogar Zahnbürsten! Danke!
− Durch das Fenster unseres Zimmers konnte man den Kölner Dom leider nicht sehen, aber er war sehr nah.
Eine sehr saubere, gut eingerichtete und zentrale Wohnung auf 4. Etage. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit dort!
10.0Alles war sehr sauber und es ist sehr hübsch und funktional eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar.
− Das Bett im Wohnzimmer ist sehr sehr weich. Zu weich für meinen Geschmack. Im Treppenhaus direkt bei der Wohnung gibt es eine ungesicherte, runde Luke in der Wand die geöffnet werden kann und direkt ins Freie führt aus der Höhe der 4. Etage! Sehr sehr gefährlich für kleine, neugierige Kinder! Das muss unbedingt gesichert werden finde ich. Wir hatten grosses Glück, dass unser Kind nicht runtergefallen ist.

A filthy sauna with a very good location. Will not come back.

− - The apartment was not very clean overall. The room was quite dusty, and the pentry area was very unclean. The bathroom was also not very clean and there were even some mold in the shower. (!) - It was incredibly warm even with a fan on. - It was also very noicy from somewhere in the building with large banging sounds like someone is renovating all day long. - There was also no sofa or armchair in the room either, even if the info says that.
