8.0Moderne und insgesamt komfortable Wohnung. Guter elektronischer Standard inkl. elektr. Rollläden und zwei TV-Geräte. WLan vorhanden.
− - Plissees waren unterschiedlich stark verunreinigt. Eines an einer Terrassentür so stark, dass es extrem unansehnlich war. - Terrasse etwas ungepflegt. Unkraut wucherte an vielen Stellen und Gartenzaun stark eingedrückt. Auflagen für Gartenliegen fehlten - Blick von der Terrasse auf einen großen Schotter-Parkplatz - Gäste-WC wäre schön gewesen - schriftliche Informationen zur Nutzung der vorhandenen Elektrogeräte, TV-Geräte und elektrischen Rollläden fehlten - TV-Gerät im SZ ging ebenfalls an, wenn TV-Gerät im WZ in Betrieb genommen wurde. Vorhandener Amazon Fire Stick funktionierte häufig nicht fehlerfrei. Ggf. zu geringe Bandbreite (?) - vorhandener Akku-Staubsauger funktionierte nicht

9.0Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen, in Laufentfernung zu den Fähren, zur Promenade und zur Norddeicher Straße. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut.
