9.0Sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem nicht weit nach Passau. Große saubere Wohnung. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sieht tatsächlich aus wie auf den Fotos Zur Ferienwohnung sind einige steile Stufen zu bewältigen, deshalb sollte man gut zu Fuß sein

9.0Die Wohnung liegt idyllisch an der Ilz, an der es mehrere Bademöglichkeiten gibt, in einem kleinen Häuschen inmitten eines kleinen Gartens. Sie besteht aus zwei Etagen und einer Terrasse. Es ist alles vorhanden, was einen angenehmen Urlaub ausmacht. Herd , Geschirrspüler. Waschmaschine. Die Betten befinden sich in der oberen Etage und sind groß und super bequem. Fernseher, Radio und eine kleine Bibliothek sind vorhanden. Ebenso Karten und Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter ist sehr kompetent Das Einchecken war unkompliziert. Man muss aber wissen, dass man das Haus nur über Treppenstufen erreicht. Sollte die Anfahrt mit dem Rad erfolgen, ist zumindest der Anstieg am Rosensteig sehr steil.
