Der Kontakt mit Michael war super wurde immer kontaktiert wenn es neue Infos zur Unterkunft gab. Die Betten waren bequem und die Unterkunft sauber. Der Europa Park war 10 min entfernt und super zu Fuß erreichbar, im Ort Rust sind jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar wir konnten das Auto an der Wohnung stehen lassen. Super war auch die Klimaanlage.

− Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine wäre super 😁

The apartment is close to Europa Park and the Rolantica water park.

− 1. Entrance to the apartment only at 6PM 2. Spray smell throughout the apartment. 3. When we arrived we asked the landlord where the washing machine was, he only replied the next morning that there was a shared machine somewhere in the complex for all residents for a fee to operate it. 4. At the entrance to the house there are spiral stairs that are inconvenient for carrying luggage. 5. The electricity went out at 8PM and we were unable to cook meals for the children in the evening and in the morning since the electric stove, oven, electric kettle and microwave did not work. We could not boil hot water to make hot drinks 6. The refrigerator did not work and all the products were broken and we had to throw them away. 7. In the shower the hot water intermittently stopped and there was cold water, then the very hot water came back and then cold again. 8. The kitchen is not equipped, there are no utensils such as a cutting board, glasses and good cutting knives, suitable for a couple and not for 8 people.  Also, the dining table only seats four people. 9. The landlord responded to our ad the next day at 1:30 PM without apology or compensation for the inconvenience caused to us due to the power outage in the apartment. 10. We do not recommend coming to this apartment. The apartment is close to Europa Park and the Rolantica water park. In general, communication with the landlord was very poor and questions were only answered the next day.

Netheid en locatie. Slaapkamers en bedden waren zeker in orde.

− Eén airco werkte niet waardoor het heel warm was. Voldoende slaapgelegenheid voor 8 personen, qua badkamers en keuken / zitplaats is het echt te klein voor 8 personen.

Great location and more functional than comfortable.

Location

− Stairs, downstairs shower room not usable as a shower room as it floods. Lack of pillows , insufficient towels. Uncomfortable sofa to sit on. Toaster was broken and toast would not pop up unless unplugged.

Großes Bad mit Badewanne. Der Ess-Wohnzimmer Bereich wirkt auf den ersten Blick zu klein, aber am Esstisch finden alle Platz ( wir waren sieben Personen) In der Nähe sind auch zwei Busstationen zum EP, falls der 15 Minuten Weg zu lang wäre. Der Aussenbereich macht es noch zu einem Highlight zusätzlich.
