Wir haben nach einer Nacht das Quartier gewechselt.
2.0− Das Objekt war in einem insgesamt schäbigem Zustand.Die Möbel waren zum Teil alt und abgestoßen. Sehr altes Badezimmer im Keller . Auf der Terrasse stand kniehoch das Unkraut und die Terrassentür war kaputt.
Preis/Leistung hat absolut nicht gepasst

− Die Wohnung machte den Eindruck, dass sie lange nicht mehr bewohnt gewesen ist. Überall Insekten und Dreck, Terrasse war verwildert, Bäder alt, Fenster teilweise defekt.
