6.0In een mooi oud gebouw. Super goed bed..Slaapkamer is ruim. Gezellig warm. Dicht bij bus 123 en M27 In de zomer zal het tuintje echt heel fijn zijn. Fijn dat we onze koffers nog na 11u mochten komen ophalen!
− Huisnummer 4 niet vermeld bij boekingsbevestiging. Appt.is niet echt in de buurt van een station. Altijd minimaal 1 keer overstappen. Ongemakkelijke zeteltjes in de slaapkamer, te klein en te laag tafelblad in de keuken. Douchen met 2 douchegordijn is niet fijn. Piepkleine keuken en piepkleine badkamer. Verfraaiingswerk is hier en daar noodzakelijk. Prijs kwaliteit vinden wij niet in orde: te duur.

9.0Große Zimmer mit hohen Decken und sehr schön eingerichtet. Netter Park in der Nähe. Hauptbahnhof ist 20min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

9.0Calme et lit confortable. Grande dimension du studio. Situé près du transport en commun. Merci pour la bouteille de vin, la bouteille d’eau et les cups de café. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire.
Good location and a comfortable stay
10.0The location was really convenient, with bus stops and the subway (U-Bahn) close by, making it easy to get around and visit the main attractions. There’s also an Edeka supermarket, convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which was very handy. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and provided clear and helpful instructions throughout our stay.

Home from Home in perfect location
10.0It felt like staying in a friend's apartment, rather than a sterile hotel. It had all the amenities and cleaning products, very comfortable bed with options for pillows (super soft or more supportive). It felt homely, and was very well maintained. It was approximately 20" walk to the main station, or a 10" bus just down the road, with two shops within 10" walk. It is in a residential area, so was quiet in the evening but with bars in walking distance. I'd stay again upon my return to Berlin.
− The safety deposit box didn't work, however, there were sufficient spots to hide valuables.
