la ubicación es muy conveniente, especialmente bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad de Konstanza y la universidad, gracias a los buses. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.

− La cocina estaba bien equipada a excepción de un detalle: no había microondas, sino horno, no es lo más práctico para el día día pero se podía suplir con otros utensilios, también depende del uso que se le vaya a dar, supongo, no es un detalle mayor.

The location was excellent. It was one minute walk to many buses that travel to the central station and also to other locations around the lake. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarket a minute away. A nice clean apartment that needs improvement on some basic things.

− Faced the nightmare of arriving at the residence ( fully paid in advance and time of arrival communicated) and nobody there to receive us and no instructions about how to come into the residence. Called and wrote to the host several times, no response. Finally called Booking.com who also tried to get in touch with the host but in vain. After agreeing with B.C to wait for 45 minutes them call them again, there came a lady sent by the host to let us in. We had waited outside the building for one and half hours and by this time it was almost 19.00. To be fair the host apologized the next day. Facilities: - the microwave and the cooker were basically non functional. In addition, the micowave was dirty or maybe it has passed the stage where it could ever look clean. - There is only one light in whole main room. - No bedside tables. Had to use the 2 dining chairs as beside tables. - The garget to open the cold tap kept falling off, while the hot water was boiling hot. This resulted in dish washing being really challenge. The above are minor things that could easily be improved at very minimal kost. Basically it is an o.k apartment, we enjoyed our stay and travelled almost all around the lake ( the free guest cards were really handy).

Die Lage war hervorragend und der Preis ebenfalls. Der Balkon war groß genug und möbliert.

− Die komplette Einrichtung ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Am schlimmsten ist die Küche. 2 Herdplatten, die leidlich gut funktionieren, ein Minibackofen, der einen seltsamen Geruch verströmt, ein zu kleiner Kühlschrank, der nur noch wenige nutzbare Ablagefächer hat und dazu ein nur mit Hilfsmitteln zu öffnendes Gefrierfach. Dazu kamen zu kleine Mülleimer mit zu kleinen Müllbeuteln und um den Müll zu entsorgen benötigt man eine Karte, um den Weg zu finden. Die Handtücher waren zwar sauber, haben aber nach Rauch gerochen. Auch das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Das Duschen mit dem riesigen Boiler und dem Duschvorhang war alles andere als komfortabel. Der riesige Spiegelschrank hat das Zähneputzen sehr erschwert, da die Hälfte des Waschbeckens vom Schrank überdeckt wird. Problematisch war auch die Parksituation. Parkplätze waren kaum vorhanden und wenn nur mit einer maximalen Parkdauer von 2 Stunden. So dass wir letztlich im Kauflandparkhaus für 14,00 € pro Tag geparkt haben. Aufgrund der Lage an einer großen Kreuzung war es extrem laut. Außerdem waren die Nachbarn im Haus sehr laut.
