9.0Super location if you have a car. Not much to do in the area but nice little harbour with a few restaurants. Very nice appartment but beware there is no elevator.
− Pretty tight underground parking if you have a SUV.
Lovely place with sea view
9.0Great, great view over the Strela Sund to Stralsund, from a wonderful terrace. Very well equipped spacious modern apartment. Only 1,5 km from the train station where you can take the train to Sassnitz and Binz.

9.0Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Der Ausblick ist toll. Die Ausstattung ist super und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Frau Dinse war außerordentlich nett.
− Ein Sonnenschutz z.b. Sonnenschirm für den Balkon wäre super. Wofür der Vermieter keinerlei Verantwortung oder Schuld trägt: der ein oder andere Nachbar in der Wohnanlage scheint etwas schwierig zu sein. Als wir ankamen und kurz an der Straße stehen blieben (öffentliche Straße ohne Halteverbot oder ähnliches) um die Schlüssel zu holen, waren wir noch nichtmal ganz ausgestiegen da wurden wir schon lautstark von einer Nachbarin bepöbelt, dass die Straße kein Parkplätze wäre.
