Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf den Rhein.
8.0Die Schlüsselübergabe war einwandfrei, findet aber nur kostenlos zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr statt. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin freundlich empfangen und durch die Wohnung geführt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist in der ersten Etage, hat eine Terasse mit Blick in den Garten und auf der Vorderseite alle Fenster mit Blick auf den Rhein. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche war vorhanden und Handtücher, Duschtücher und Bettwäsche waren im Preis enthalten.

4.0Ruim appartement, parking nabij, koel in de zomer.
− Keuken en ontwerp van het appartement beneden verwachtingen. Geen microgolf, geen evacuatie van de kook en braad dampen in de keuken. De lokalen hebben geen privaat verbinding. Als je 's nachts naar de badkamer moet, dan moet je u opkleden, in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte begeven, vandaaruit naar de deur naar de keuken, en van de keuken naar de badkamer, en terug in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte om naar de slaapkamer te gaan. Korte nachten in de lawaaierige kamer naast de spoorweg. De eigenaar vraagt cash betaling voor poetsbeurt. Hij eist ter plaatse te betalen op een bepaald tijdstip. Als je niet kan betalen in cash, of je vraagt een digitale administratie, gooit hij je gewoon buiten en kan je vertrekken. Ongepaste facturatie en betaling methoden. Passende digitale betaling systemen biedt hij niet aan, je betaald cash of je kan gelijk vertrekken. Hij zet zijn eisen door, door u te te bedreigen buiten te smijten en de sleutels af te pakken. Hij lijkt zich niet bewust van het feit dat er mensen zijn die geen cash geld op zich hebben en hun zaken digitaal af te handelen.
Hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung, gute Lage in beide Richtungen (Rüdesheim und Koblenz)
8.0Blick auf den Rhein, zentrale Lage zwischen Rüdesheim und Koblenz ;); guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Loreley ca. 4km entfernt.
− Sehr enges Zeitfenster zur Schlüsselübergabe, schwierig bei weiterer Anreise. Ein Schlüsseltresor wäre empfehlenswert. Geräuschpegel durch Nähe zum Schienenverkehr, da viele Güterzüge durchfahren.
