8.0Sehr gepflegte Apartmentanlage. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Sehr ruhig.
− Unser Apartment lag im 2ten Stock, ist evtl. nicht geeignet wenn man Treppen scheut. Es gibt auch Apartments im EG.

9.0Eine nette kl. Ferienwohnung.Sie liegt etwas abseits und ruhig mit einem netten Blick ,vom Balkon, über Wiesen zu den Bergen hin. Natürlich nur für kl. Sachen zum kochen, da der Platz in der Küchenecke etwas eingeschränkt ist. Ansonsten alles vorhanden und was gefehlt hat wurde vom Vermieter gestellt. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Man kann dort spazieren gehen, erreicht gut den kl. Kurpark und den Ortskern. Und von dort aus kann man rund um den Chiemsee einiges unternehmen

9.0Wir waren zum 2.mal in Grassau bei der Familie Bosch, alles war wieder perfekt und super gepflegt.
