9.0Die Lage ist gut, viel zu Fuß erreichbar. Eigener Seezugang hinter dem Haus ist klasse! Zimmer zum See, also Ruhe, Ruhe, Ruhe! 👍🏻😃 Garage am Objekt. Bushaltestellen vor der Haustür. Wohnung für 2 Personen optimal.
− Die Armaturen in Bad und Küche müssen dringend erneuert werden! Sie "gehen" sehr schwer. Man bricht sich die Finger/Hände. Das ist aber der einzige Makel.

9.0Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist komfortabel, die Bettenqualität ist sehr gut. Die Lage der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist praktisch, seine Lage auf einem Seegrundstück mit direktem Zugang zum See ist ideal. Das Parken in einer Garage bis 150 cm Autohöhe bietet gute Sicherheit. Die täglichen Einkäufe sind mit dem Auto nach 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub.
