6.0Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Moderne Küche, modernes Bad es fehlt an nichts.
− Sehr ungepflegte Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Nicht angegeben, das es eine Kellerwohnung ist, daher sehr feucht, klamm und modrig. Eine gründliche Reinigung wäre angebracht. Die Fenster waren abnormal dreckig.

− Frigiderul daca avea si congelator pentru o inghetata era perfect.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Betten sind bequem. Der PKW Stellplatz direkt im Grundstück
9.0Geräumige Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen und der Ostsee ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. An manchen Stellen wären kleine Schönheitsreparaturen nötig aber alles in allem eine saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung.

4.0Wir sind mit unserer Enkeltochter in dieser Wohnung gut zurecht gekommen.
− Das in der Ausschreibung nichts von mitten im Industriegebiet, Souterrain Wohnung und kein Zugang zur Cottbuser Ostsee stand. Wir haben zwei Tage mit Ameisen gekämpft und nie einen zuständigen Menschen gesehen.
