10.0First of all, the apartment is extremely clean. We found everything we needed, including the coffee machines and other equipment. The owner is very helpful and responds to all questions instantly via WhatsApp. The location is very peaceful, and we enjoyed wonderful evenings on the balcony. Parking is easy, and the apartment is very close to the train station. It truly feels like our home in Stuttgart, and we will stay here every time we visit. Thank you so much!

9.0Die Unterkunft selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen Sehr gepflegt und alles da was man braucht.
− Baulärm von 07.00 - 17.00 Uhr. Umfangreiche Baumaßnahmen (bis Ende August) dadurch Lärm und Staub. Dafür kann der Vermieter ja nicht wirklich was, aber es war bekannt und nicht erwähnt.
