10.0Sehr schöne moderne FeWo in moderner Stadttvilla in der Mitte von Zingst. Man war sehr schnell an wunderbaren Restaurants, beim Bäcker oder fußläufig an Bodden oder der Ostsee. Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme.

Sauber, super Ausstattung, ruhige Lage
10.0+ Super Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche (Kaffeemaschine, Pürierstab, Sieb, Reibe, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc.) – uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. + Besonders toll war, wie liebevoll an Kinder gedacht wurde (Hochstuhl, WC-Sitz, wahnsinnig große DVD-Sammlung, extra Kinderzimmer mit vielen Spielen und Straßenteppich). + Wunderbare Lage (etwas nach hinten versetzt, dadurch sehr ruhig). Nur ca. 5-10 Gehminuten zum Strand. + Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und zuverlässig.

9.0gutes Frühstück in der nahe gelegenen Bäckerei
− im Bad (ohne Fenster) fiel anfangs ein unangenehmer Geruch auf - als erfahrene Wohnungseigentümerin war mir schnell klar, dass es am Ventilator liegen musste. Als ich die Klappe öffnete, sah ich, dass das Fließ/Gitter vollkommen mit Staub zugesetzt war und dadurch der Lüfter keine Leistung bringen konnte. Nach dem Herausnehmen und schnellen Reinigung des Gitters war das Problem fix gelöst. Tipp: Das sollte der Eigentümer im Auge behalten und die Reinigungsfirma mindestens halbjährlich darauf aufmerksam machen.

10.0Eine super liebevoll eingerichtete, toll zentral gelegene und geräumige Ferienwohnung, es war an alles gedacht und wir haben uns komplett wohlgefühlt. Außerdem unbedingt erwähnenswert sind die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
