3.0Die Lage in der Innenstadt hat den Vorteil, dass man schnell überall hinkommt. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich jedoch zur Fußgängerzone raus. Wer bei gern bei offenem Fenster schläft: Bis ca 23 Uhr ist es abends laut und morgens um 6 Uhr kommt jeden Tag die Straßenreinigung. Wecker ist dann nicht mehr erforderlich.
− Die Wohnung war bei meiner Ankunft extrem dreckig. Weder Küche noch Bad sind geputzt worden. Nach einer Diskussion kam die Vermieterin dann nochmal und hat "geputzt". Sie war jedoch super sauer darüber und fing an mich zu beschimpfen. Außerdem meinte sie, es wäre ja schließlich eine Ferienwohnung und kein Hotel (Hä???) Ich bin dann erstmal gegangen. Als ich später zurückkam und auf die Toilette wollte, hätte ich fast hineingekotzt. Da waren immernoch Rückstände meines Vormieters. Die Toilette wurde also immernoch nicht geputzt. Auch der ganze Bereich um das Waschbecken ist seit Wochen nicht sauber gemacht worden. Wirklich ekelhaft.

Good apartment, nice owner, great location!
8.0Apartment is large and clean. All necessary amenities are provided. Interned speed is ok. Balcony is incredible (sadly it's winter time now, but during spring and summer it would be great place to spend time) Location is great (~100m to city center). Owner is very nice and helpful. The apartment may not be perfect, but it is good enough, even for a longer stay.
− Parking spots around this location, are only for residents. Private (paid) parking nearby is open only from 7am to 7pm.
