Freundliche unkomplizierte Vermieterin empfing uns in einer schönen Wohnung in toller Umgebung.

Die Wohnung war groß, hell und sehr geräumig. Hatte einen schönen großen Balkon mit Blick in die Natur. Auch die Küche mit Bar sowie das Bad mit XXL Dusche fanden wir wunderbar. Das Schlafzimmer bot viel Stauraum für Gepäck und die Betten ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Luxus von 2 separaten Toiletten war sehr angenehm. Zum abendlichen entspannen gab es genügend Liegemöglichkeiten und bei Bedarf ein Kaminfeuer. Die Lage war Top. Schnell war alles zu erreichen und parken vor der Tür war kein Problem.

− Die Heizkörper wurden nicht warm. Im Wohnzimmer hatten wir den Kamin das war okay aber das Bad war doch recht kühl. Ein zwei Lichtquellen waren defekt sowie die Wechselschaltung im Flur. Auf der Tischplatte im Essbereich löst sich das Furnier und konnte somit nicht abgewischt werden. Die Tischdecke und die 4 Platzdeckchen konnten das Problem nicht beheben da wäre eine neue Platte sinnvoller. Die Couch und die Teppiche im Wohnbereich sind sehr abgenutzt und schmuddelig. Ein Schubfach im Schlafzimmer ist kaputt. Etliche der Anderen sind mit Utensilien von Vormietern vermüllt auch in der Küche wurde nichts aussortiert. Offene Kaffepackungen, Müslipackungen, Reistaler etc. die Salzpackung vorhanden aber leer. Raumduftstäbchen zu viele. Bei der großen der Wohnung wäre ein Staubsauger im begehbaren Bereich für die Gäste sinnvoll.

Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Es gab auch reichlich Holz für den Kamin. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ute ist eine wirklich tolle und flexible Gastgeberin und stets erreichbar. Die Kommunikation über verschiedene Kanäle war sehr einfach und klar. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Fahrzeug kann kostenlos an der Unterkunft parkiert werden. Für uns war die Lage wirklich top, um abzuschalten und die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

A hidden gem in the Frankonian vineyards

The apartment is beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway. It is surrounded by vineyards and in a very calm street, which made it very easy to sleep. The host is great, communication was perfect and she allowed to have our dog with us. We had to leave him for a few hours alone in the apartment and he barked a bit, Frau Ute was very understanding and did not mind it. Overall this place is a hidden gem and we would highly recommend it!
