Zentral und komfortabel mit Wohlfühlcharakter!
8.0Die Lage war sehr zentral, das Viertel ist wunderschön. Der Ausblick war ebenfalls schön und die Wohnung war sehr geräumig. Die Gastgeber hatten eine kl. Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung bereit gestellt und 1-2 Süßigkeiten. Ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen. Es gab Kaffee vorrätig und eine vollausgestattete Küche.

10.0Das Apartment liegt im Dachgeschoß einer wunderschönen Villa am Stadtrand von Oldenburg unweit der Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel ausgestattet und auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Vermieter hatte großes Verständnis für meine durch die Bahn verursachte sehr späte Anreise, hat geduldig gewartet und mich freundlich zu später Stunde empfangen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und gut betreut gefüllt und kann das Apartment nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das gilt auch für die sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt, die in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Meine absolute Empfehlung.

9.0Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Zudem liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Die Wohnung, vor allem die Küche, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz.
