Da ich ein ehemaliger Neustädter bin, und nicht als Urlauber/ Tourist da war, war für nicht die Stadt und Umgebung nichts neues oder fremd. Jedoch ist Neustadt und Umgebung sehenswert, es gibt genug zu erkunden. Zur Unterkunft kann ich sagen, dass sie sehr ruhig, sehr Zentral gelegen ist. Es ist alles im Zentrum/ Hafen fussläufdig erreichbar. In der Unterkunft war alles was das Herz begehrt zum Leben, Kochen, Schlafen (Decken, Bezug) und Duschen (Handtücher von großbös klein) vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und Hell. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, Preis Leistung passt.

Die Unterkunft liegt schön zentral, nicht weit vom Wasser entfernt.

− Es fehlt einfach die Liebe zum Detail. Es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten für ein paar Cent wie bspw. Spülmittel oder Handseife. Die ganze Wohnung ist zwar sauber, aber überhaupt nicht wohnlich gestaltet, schade.

Sehr guter Kontakt zum sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Es wird einem alles sehr gut erklärt und alle Infos zugeschickt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine wäre in der Wohnung gewesen.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, zentral gelegen. Für ein paar kuschelige Tage im Winter total perfekt. Gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat sich sofort um meine Fragen vor Ort gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

− Das mit den Parkplätzen in der Nähe ist so ne Sache. Wir haben das Auto schnell vor der Tür ausgeräumt und dann weggefahren, bei drei Tagen kein Problem. Ich könnte mir allerdings vorstellen, das es im Sommer wenn ich länger bleiben würde und man beim ausladen quasi auf der (Seiten-) Straße steht, schwieriger wird. Wen das nicht stört, der bekommt eine TOP Wohnung.

− Das Bett war nicht so gut und zu schmal für 2. Keine Teekanne vorhanden.
