Katastrophal, dreckig und unkooperativ
1.0− Leider entsprechen die Bilder der Unterkunft in keiner Weise der Realität. Die Wohnung befand sich in einem katastrophal verdreckten Zustand und war von einem starken, unangenehmen Geruch nach Rauch, Urin und Essensresten durchzogen. Die Wände waren stark beschädigt und ungepflegt, der Balkon aufgrund seines Zustands nicht nutzbar. Die Sauberkeit ließ so sehr zu wünschen übrig, dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher kaufen mussten, um überhaupt in dem Bett übernachten zu können. Da mein Partner kurz zuvor eine schwere Operation hatte, war ich gezwungen, die erste Nacht dort zu verbringen und konnte mich erst am nächsten Tag – nach Rücksprache mit Booking – um eine alternative Unterkunft kümmern. Besonders enttäuschend war das Verhalten des Vermieters. Er zeigte sich völlig unkooperativ, verweigert die Zusammenarbeit mit Booking und behauptet sogar, dass wir nie angereist seien. Ich kann diese Unterkunft aufgrund des Zustands, der mangelnden Hygiene und des Umgangs mit berechtigten Beschwerden keinesfalls empfehlen.
