10.0Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man in ein paar Minuten im Ortskern. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Ausblick auf die Karwendelspitzen ist traumhaft. Besser geht es nicht!

5.0The apartment matched the photos and was reasonably priced. What was good: Easy and convenient self check-in. Good communication with the host. A kitchen with everything needed for cooking, including all the necessary cookware and utensils. Plenty of towels. There were far more than I needed.
− What was not so good: The biggest issue was the window blinds. When they were heated by the sun, they gave off a strong chemical smell that filled the apartment. The smell was very noticeable, and by the end of my third day I had developed a persistent sore throat. I strongly recommend replacing these blinds, as they seriously affected my comfort during the stay. There was no dishwashing liquid. For a stay of only four days, it seems unreasonable to expect guests to buy an entire bottle themselves. This is not a criticism of the apartment itself, but future guests should be aware that church bells from two nearby churches are clearly audible inside. There is prolonged ringing at 11:00 p.m., the bells also ring at 3:00 a.m., and the morning ringing starts at 6:00 a.m., followed by more ringing at 6:30 and 7:00. Because of the repeated bell ringing, it is very difficult to sleep past 6:00 a.m.
