9.0Die ganze Ausstattung der Wohnung . Das diese Unterkunft einen kostenlosen Parkplatz hat. Die Entfernung zum Gestüt kurz ist .
− Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen, vielleicht bei fast 40 Grad einen zweiten Ventilator .

8.0Die Ferienwohnung Olafs Werkstatt liegt am Stadtrand von Neustadt [Dosse] und befindet sich unweit des Brandenburgischen Landesgestüts. Zudem bietet diese Gegend im Havelland ringsherum stets die Chance Ausflüge inmitten der Natur oder beispielsweise hin zur benachbarten MX-Rennstrecke in Dreetz zu unternehmen. Eine Eventlokation ist an Olafs Werkstatt angegliedert und hält die komplette Saison zahlreiche Veranstaltungen für Jung und Alt bereit.

9.0Sehr schöne geräumige, ruhige Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Unkompliziertes ein und auschecken. Was mir auch gefallen hat, ist der separate Eingang mit Garderobe, über eine Treppe erreicht man dann die Wohnung.
− Vorallem im Schlafzimmer fehlen Rollos, da draussen eine Strassenlaterne steht, ist es so nie komplett dunkel
