10.0Einrichtung, Gestaltung und Ausstattung. Alles sehr stilsicher und geschmackvoll. Lichtdurchflutet. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind phantastisch. Wir haben eigentlich nur im Erker gesessen. Matratze ist gut. Supertoll ist, dass es Haushaltspapier gibt. Die ganze Atmosphäre ist einfach angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. „Unser“ Stader Zuhause.
− Die Dusche hat uns versucht zu verbrühen. Unter der Dusche stehend wurde es plötzlich heiß, sehr heiß, das Herunterdrehen der Temperatur brachte keine Veränderung. Das war nicht so schön. Alles gut gegangen. Der Wasserdruck könnte höher sein. Für Mülltrennung wäre ein zweiter Mülleimer in der Küche hilfreich. Bitte die Beschreibung für die Tiefgarage vielleicht um den Hinweis„rechts neben Eingang Hausnr.“ und „einfach die Knöpfe durchprobieren“ ergänzen. Wir hatten mit der Beschreibung zumindest Probleme. Hat aber schlussendlich alles problemlos geklappt.
