9.0Sehr saubere geräumige Wohnung. Parken am Haus möglich. Nacken schonende Kissen.
Gute Unterkunft aber nicht optimal.
6.0Preis-Leistung stimmt. Es ist alles vorhanden, ruhige Lage. Gute Auswahl an Prospekten und Büchern.
− Die FEWO wirkt nicht gemütlich (trotz Schwibbogen) , es fehlt ein Sessel und es ist irgendwie kein Schrank für die Kleidung da, nur Fächer im Schlafzimmer. Im Bad ist nur eine Badewanne mit Brause, das ist für ältere Personen nicht günstig, Dusche wär wirklich besser, auch der Wasserkosten wegen. Der Fußweg von Buchholz nach Annaberg ist beträchtlich, ein Plan für die Busse der Stadt wäre hilfreich. Einen Parkplatz für PKW ist nicht reserviert, den muss man sich suchen.
