Sehr abgenutzte Einrichtung, unfreundliches Personal
4.0Insgesamt war alles vorhanden, aber in einem insgesamt abgenutzten Zustand.
− Sehr abgenutzte Einrichtung. Die Couch hat wirklich alles übertroffen und war vollkommen durch gesessen und unnutzbar. Die Küche war ganz in Ordnung. Das Bad war auch ganz in Ordnung, aber an einigen Stellen dreckig. Die Matratzen waren sehr einfach und da ich Rückenschmerzen bekommen habe, musste ich einen Tag vorher abreisen, auch von der Couch. Ganz schlimm fand ich, dass man mich am dritten Tag von fünf rausschmeißen wollte. Man hat bei mir geklingelt und gesagt dass ich heute abreisen muss. Dabei hatte ich noch zwei Tage vor mir. Am Ende war es ein Fehler vom Personal oder eine Doppelbuchung sogar. Man sagte, es reist jetzt jemand neues an, ich müsste die Wohnung verlassen. Ich war total wütend und hab die Tür zu geschmissen. Man hat sich nicht mehr bei mir entschuldigt. Außerdem musste ich 40 € für die Endreinigung bezahlen, obwohl 20 € pro Person bei Booking.com angegeben waren. Außerdem hat man mir vergessen, am ersten Tag die Wäsche zu bringen und die Handtücher. Ich hab in der ersten Nacht ohne Bettwäsche geschlafen, am besten war die Reaktion des Hausmeisters: wir haben erwartet, dass sie sich bei uns melden. Obwohl fest vereinbart war dass die Wäsche in die Wohnung gebracht wird. Keine Entschuldigung. Insgesamt die schlechteste Unterkunft, die ich bisher im Harz hatte. Deswegen bin ich auch einen Tag früher gefahren.
