10.0Čistý hezký prostorný apartmán, parkování bez problémů venku na ulici, jen si nezapomeňte předem vyřídit zelenou kartu. Pěkný balkón s hezkým výhledem. Líbilo se nám tam. Snadné spojení tramvají do centra, u zastávky je samoobsluha a další obchody.
− Závěsy jsou světlé (v obýváku), pokud je venku světlo, tak je i vevnitř. Přistýlková postel v obýváku není moc pohodlná.

10.0Sehr netter Vermieter…Übergabe der Schlüssel sehr unkompliziert. Tolle Lage,viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Große Hundewiese in der Nähe. Trotz der Lage entspannte Parksituation.

10.0Appartamento spazioso per cinque persone, molto luminoso, a poca distanza da S-Bahn e supermercati. Cucina e bagno forniti del necessario e anche di più. Host disponibilissimo ci ha fornito tante informazioni sul quartiere e rifornito di articoli per la casa se mancanti. Balcone comodo per due persone e attrezzato con sedie e con vista sulla Fernsehturm. La lavatrice è anche asciugatrice per le giornate di pioggia. Ci sono anche due phon. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vie che circondano l'edificio, trovato sempre e comodamente.
− Due asciugamani sapevano un po' di muffa. Il quinto letto va bene per un bambino piccolo entro gli 8-9 anni, ma non lo consiglieremmo per adulti.
