− Ich habe eine schriftliche Bestätigung vom 25.5.26 zu einer Rückerstattung von 85€ durch den Vermieter R. Wend per Mail bekommen, weil das Apartment nicht gereinigt und die Betten nicht frisch bezogen waren. Diese schriftliche Bestätigung vom 25.5. habe ich nun mehrfach angemahnt, sowohl per Mail als auch telefonisch. Bisher ist die Rückerstattung immer noch offen, das ist eine Unverschämtheit. Ich erwarte die sofortige Rückerstattung und das Einschalten von booking-Service. Freundliche Grüße, Sven Ziemann
Das schrecklichste Haus ever

− Es ist sehr schmutzig, sehr schimmelig in allen Räumen , Möbel desolat, Bettzeug versifft , Kernsanierumg in darüber liegender Wohnung trotz Vermietung ab 7.15 Uhr morgens , bei Anschreiben des Vermieters dazu erhält man null Antwort , haben das Haus nach einer Nacht sofort verlassen und werden bei booking Beschwerde einreichen
Wer suchet, der findet - und zwar eine schönere Alternative.
5.0Alles da, was man so brauchte. Gute Lage.
− Toilettensitz war locker und das Wasser in der Dusche brauchte lange, bis es von eiskalt zu warm umswitchte. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Gästekarten gab es keine, trotz vorheriger Anfrage. Aber fast war mir das klar, dass dies passieren kann aufgrund der vorherigen Kommentare.
