7.0Buona posizione, appartamento carino e luminoso. Pratico e, in teoria, ben organizzato
− Mancavano alcune cose elementari in cucina. 1 solo cucchiaino, 3 tazze, niente macchina del caffè (anche se descritta), la doccia rotta, pulizia mediocre, accesso con codice rotto, sedie e poltrone macchiate... Dá l'impressione di un posto un po' abbandonato

5.0− Der versprochene Kaffeevollautomat ist wohl vor unserer Anreise kaputt gegangen und die Info dazu kam zu spät. Der Kühlschrank und die Mikrowelle waren sehr schmutzig. Die Duschstange fehlt wohl auch schon länger,so dass das Duschen keinen Spaß machte. Die Klospülung muss mit Sie angesprochen werden. Der abgebildete Couchtisch und die Couch existieren nicht. Die Reinigungskraft steht schon seit 9:30Uhr mit ihren Taschen vor der Tür, so dass wir Schwierigkeiten hatten, im engen Treppenaufgang unsere Sachen nach unten zu bringen. Es fühlt sich an wie ein Rausschmiss. Lobend erwähnen mochte ich die Kommunikation während des Buchungsvorgangs, da immer schnell geantwortet wurde.
