Very disappointing stay – not as advertised
1.0The property is located on a farm, and the animals were very cute and friendly.
− We were extremely disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, the apartment was in unacceptable condition: visible mold in the fridge, spiders and webs throughout the space, a filthy couch, a non-functional fridge, unemptied trash, and an unclean toilet. We had prepaid for our stay and expected the apartment to be clean, functional, and ready — it was clearly not. While the host responded after we reported the issues, the fact remains that these problems should have never been present in the first place. A quick clean-up after the fact does not make up for the initial state of the accommodation. An alternative apartment was offered, but only for an additional €80, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. We ended up leaving after the first night and requested a refund for the unused nights. Unfortunately, the host refused, claiming that the situation was “handled.” In our opinion, a clean and livable space is the bare minimum, and it should be that way before guests arrive — not after they complain. We cannot recommend this property based on our experience.
