− die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Grundsätzlich schön
7.0Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr nah an der Therme. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist großzügig.
− Die Tiefgarage ist für Autos der Passat-Kombi Größe ungeeignet. Wir hatten die Wahl zwischen Betonrampe oder Hecke touchieren. Zum Glück war keine Saison, so dass das Wenden in der TG gerade noch möglich war. Sehr unschön war auch, dass die Therme ohne Mitteilung zu Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen wurde. So standen bis zu 30 Handwerkerfahrzeuge da, Frühstück auf Balkon war aufgrund Baulärm nicht möglich. Hinter dem Haus wurde zusätzlich gebaut.

9.0Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Aus dem Haus raus, über eine kleine Anliegerstrasse direkt in die Therme. Also 1 Minute Super war auch der Platz in der Tiefgarage
