10.0Sehr gute Lage in Viechtach mit der Möglichkeit alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr geräumig und große Räume. Unser Sohn hat sich sehr über den vielen Platz am Boden zum Spielen gefreut.
