10.0Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt!!! Das Penthouse ist sehr gut gelegen, es war sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat bei dem heißen Wetter einen Ventilator gehabt. Eine besonderer Dank geht an die Dame am Empfang, sehr freundlich, ruhig, nett. Wir durften früher einchecken und haben uns in aller Ruhe auf die Kristall Schifffahrt vorbereitet. Des Weiteren haben wir einen sehr guten Tipp für einen Parkplatz bekommen. Der Check out war schnell und unkompliziert.
− Wein-, oder Sektgläser hätten wir gerne gehabt.

9.0Die Größe der Wohnung ist gigantisch. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Alles war gut fußläufig erreichbar.
− Es war über 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Es waren zwar Ventilatoren da, aber es wurde nicht wirklich kühl in der Wohnung. Die Dachflächenfenster beim Esstisch bräuchten eine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit.
Es war super schön und es hat alles perfekt geklappt, Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.

10.0Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, die Lage ist perfekt um Passau zu erkunden - und trotzdem ist man nicht mitten in Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Das Schlafsofa ist nicht für zwei Personen ausgelegt, für die sechste Person wird noch ein Ausklappbett dazugestellt - das könnte man noch besser angeben (oder planen). Für sechs Personen wäre eine zweite Toilette sinnvoll.
