− The apartment was full of dust, the windows where so dirty that we could not see outside. The bathroom was with mold. The kitchen is Very Very Grease. The hoster was one hour late to give us the keys. He was very rude and he was racist. He didnt give us our zuruckgeld back. He stole our money. At the end I cleaned myself ALL the apartment because we couldnt breath, the apartment was full of dust and mold. The worst was the host behavior. We called Booking.com to complain but we were attended by a fishing phone wich tried to collect our Bank information. We are Very angry with the hoster Herr Heinz and with Booking.com ( no online Control, no telephone tô complain). We stayed in the apartment because we already had paid and we were waiting for our chance, euch was not paid.
