8.0Schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung. Vermieterin leicht zu erreichen und freundlich. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

2.0Die Stadt Röbel mit Umgebung
− Fewo sehr schmutzig. Es lagen hinter dem Fernsehgerät, welches erst am 2. TAG in Betrieb genommen werden konnte, tote große Fliegen. Auf dem Fuss des Fernsehers Staub, sicher einige Wochen alt usw. Ich kann dies und mehr mit Fotos belegen. Die Heizung wurde erst gegen Abend des 3. TAGES wirksam in Gang gesetzt. Es war so unangenehm und ekelig, dass wir die Reise bereits am 11.06. , Mittwoch vorzeitig abgebrochen haben.

5.0Ein schöner Ort , aber : sehr Ungepflegt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr gut.
− Die Ferienwohnung müßte mal generalüberholt werden. Spinnweben waren in den Ecken, und Risse in den Wänden. Mussten erst mal Staub saugen als wir angekommen sind. Ein guter Handwerker wäre dort Angebracht. Steckdosen defeckt und Elektroherd nicht ganz in Tackt. Im Bab schaut ein Elektrokabel aus der Wand. Und Staub überall. Die Vermieterin ist aber sehr nett.

3.0− Besitzerin war sehr nett ... Dafür war die Wohnung sehr einfach eingerichtet! Spinnweben gibt es auch in jeder Ecke. -Die Haustür geht ständig von Alleine auf. -Wände habe Risse -Im Bad Hängen unisolierte Kabel aus der Wand ,der Duschkopf funktioniert nicht man muss mit der Brause Duschen..... --In der Küche funktionieren die Steckdosen nicht alle ,das Geschirr ist nicht wirklich sauber. -Der Fernseher ist irgendwie eingestellt und die Fernbedienung ist mit irgendwelchen klebrigen Resten verdreckt..... USW.USW Fazit: Kann man machen wenn wann Bock drauf hat,aber dann nicht für das Geld!
