9.0Großer Vorteil: die Nähe zum Bahnhof, aber auch zur Stadt. Die Straße selber ist ein bisschen Bahnhof-like.
− Nur der intensive Geruch nach Lenor, an der Bettwäsche. Aber manche mögen das vielleicht.
