A perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Rhine valley with family.
10.0We changed the booking before arrival and stayed in the flat on the first floor instead. It is a wonderful flat with breathtaking views over the Rhine. The apartment is spacious, clean and is equipped with everything that we needed. The host, Thilo, is friendly and helpful.

10.0Die Wohnung hat alles gehabt, was man braucht. Eine schöne Aussicht über den Rhein. Alles bestens - eine der schönsten FeWos, die wir gehabt haben.
− Medenscheid liegt wunderbar oben am Hang über dem Rhein. Die Strasse hinauf ist aber eng und kurvenreich, und im Dorf selber ist kein Geschäft, falls das wichtig ist. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren.
10.0Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ruhig. Sie liegt zwar an einer mäßig befahrenen Straße oberhalb des Rheins, aber durch gute Fenster und Rollläden bekommt man nichts davon mit. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick über den Rhein. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Um von der Ferienwohnung aus Fahrrad fahren zu wollen, sollten die Räder auf das Auto geladen werden um die ca. 2,2 km ins „Tal“ zu fahren, dort einen kostenfreien Parkplatz nutzen und dann starten. Wer sehr sportlich ist, schafft vielleicht auch die Steigung vom Tal zur Ferienwohnung.
