4.0Ausstattung entsprach den Bildern. Ich wusste, dass es nur eine Grundausstattung hat. Somit Preis-Leistung ok. Ich war nur zum schlafen und duschen da
− Das Geschirr war nicht abgewaschen. Der Boiler im Bad war so niedrig eingestellt, dass es mir viel zu kaltes Wasser zum Duschen gab, der Drehregler war angeklebt, damit man nichts verändern kann. Tapete geht im Bad ab und es ist Schimmel am Fenster im Bad
Eine absolut schreckliche Erfahrung

− Es gibt praktisch keinen Kontakt zum Vermieter – auf Anrufe wird nicht reagiert, und alle Probleme werden ignoriert. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: Es gibt kein Waschbecken, die Wände sind voller Flecken, die Tapete löst sich, und es gibt einen unangenehmen Geruch in der Wohnung. Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Direkt nebenan ist eine Baustelle, die sogar nachts arbeitet – an Ruhe ist nicht zu denken. Der Herd funktioniert sehr schlecht, man muss fast eine Stunde warten, bis Wasser kocht, und es gab auch Probleme mit dem Warmwasser. Am Ende waren wir gezwungen, dringend auszuziehen und eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Eine totale Enttäuschung und verschwendetes Geld. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

4.0It's okay for the money, and the location was pretty good because it's in the mountains, and I like places like that.
− Firstly, it was never clean, and there weren't enough clean supplies. Secondly, it was very cold, and the heating wasn't strong enough, so it was cold. The bathroom was never clean, and there was no drain; the floor was always wet. The light was broken, and we had to speak to the manager to fix it. It was very small; it wasn't like the picture, and it didn't have a garden as advertised. The kitchen is inside a cupboard, making cooking difficult. Since I have to stay with my girlfriend for a short time, I rented this room.
