3.0Die Lage am südlichen Ende des Bad Harzburger Zentrums ist gut. Das war es dann aber auch schon.
− Die FeWo liegt in einem Haus, das den Charme der jungen Bundesrepublik widerspiegelt; eine Wohnungsrenovierung können das nicht kaschieren. Die Buchung ist ein absoluter Nettopreis, jede bei anderen FeWos üblichen Kommoditäten läßt sich der Vermittler üppigst honorieren. Der Parkplatz ist eine Farce: Obwohl nur für Hausgäste, wird er auch von Fremden genutzt. Antworten von Vermieter und Vermittler wie "Ich kann das nicht ändern" oder "Das ist uns noch nie passiert" sind dann sehr hilfreich. Vermittler hilft nicht, sondern wird patzig (das wissen wir inzwischen auch von anderen Gästen). Bei Veranstaltungen ist man gezuwngen, kostenpflichtig j.w.d. zu parken, da Straßenparkplätze in der Nähe gesperrt oder natürlich belegt sind. Andere Unterkünfte können das besser. Und ACHTUNG: Smart-TV hört mit und schickt die Privatunterhaltung auch gern an Google & Co.
