4.0Leider konnte ich bei Booking erst nach vielen Versuchen eine Telefonnummer von der Vermieterin finden. Nach einem Gespräch mit der Vermieterin konnten die Kritikpunkte geklärt werden. Die Unansehnlichkeiten sind durch einen Wasserschaden entstanden.

8.0Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft in Rennsteignähe. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit Küche und Bad voll ausgestattet und die sehr sympathische Gastgeberin kümmerte sich hervorragend um alle Belange.

− We were unable to sleep due to severe noise from neighboring guests during the night. There was shouting, drinking, and glass breaking. In addition, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. The bedding appeared dirty, the apartment itself was poorly maintained, and there was a strong smell of dampness and mustiness throughout the property. The host disputed our account of the events and no satisfactory solution or compensation was offered.
