10.0Eine schöne, im Keller gelegene FeWo. Das lernt man zu schätzen, wenn draußen 39 Grad sind. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und in ruhiger Lage gelegen. Und....sehr nette Vermieter.
