Great family place, animal friendly with stress free parking; a home away from home.
9.0The communication was fantastic. The day of our stay, we receieved a link with all the information we needed to include a video of how to get into the apartment. The video was super helpful because it eliminated language barriers. The apartment was a great size with everything we needed to include a parking space right out front!! I loved the place being on the ground floor with access to the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in and the refrigerator was a good size plus there was a microwave which seems to be a rarity in Germany! One thing that really stood out to me is that it was one of the first places we stayed that had plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels! We were traveling with three girls with long hair and there never seem to be enough towels at hotels to wrap our bodies and our hair The place was perfect for a family and their pet!!
− The location with quiet and safe but it was not really within walking distance of anything - which is only a problem if you want to be around things (like a bakery for morning coffee). There was a hotel that served dinner about 50 feet away but it was crowded, required reservations and wasn't the best option if you have picky eaters. Right around the corner there was also a fresh vending machine where you could get eggs, fruit, juice, etc....so you could cook at the apartment if you wanted...just when traveling, we prefer to be within walking distance of some options. None of this are reasons not to stay at this great place, just things to think about and plan for. The other things was that the bunk beds are on the smaller side. Our 12 year olds squeezed into them but they would be perfect for younger kids.
