3.0− Eine ungepflegte Wohnung - im Schlafzimmer Staubfäden an der Zimmerdecke; Staubflocken, Krümel und Haare im Schrank und in den Schubladen; Ceranfeld fettverschmiert, Essensspritzer an der Wand; Klobrille defekt; Duschkopf verkalkt; großer Urinfleck auf der Couch mit einer Decke verdeckt. Schade!
Angenehmer Aufenthalt auch im Winter.
9.0Ruhige Lage. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Gut funktionierende Heizung. Nähe zum Bahnhof, zur Therme und Kurpark. Auch in die Stadt nicht weit. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier.
