7.0Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse. Ein gepflegtes, modernes und ruhiges Haus. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und für Fahrräder ein abschließbarer Unterstand der leicht zugänglich ist. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt.
− Die Abnutzungserscheinungen der Wohnung sind deutlich. Hier würde es helfen einmal durch zu streichen. Auch könnte Mann mit ein oder zwei kleinen Lampen im Wohnbereich zur Gemütlichkeit beitragen. Hier gibt es nur die Hauptbeleuchtung und den TV.
