7.0Die Lage des Hauses sehr beruhigt, ca. 10min Fußweg zur Strandpromenade und zum Sandstrand.
− Die Wohnung hat etwas Wartungsstau (Fenster,Türen,Küche,) WC Spülung macht ab und zu interne Spülgänge.

− Die Internetverbindung war nicht so gut. Es gab keine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos im näheren Umfeld.
