− Die Lage von der Wohnung, Durchgangsverkehr, Autolärm ab 5Uhr
Tolle Lage in einer schönen FeWo, im Sommer wird’s aber zu heiß im Schlafzimmer
8.0- Lage - Qualität der Austattung - Freundlichkeit der Vermittlungsagentur - Schlüsselabgabe bis 12Uhr
− - keine ausreichende Belüftung im oberen Schlafzimmer (direkt unterm Dach!) möglich, da das eine Fenster nur auf schmalen Kipp geöffnet werden kann - schon bei geringen Temperaturen wurde es sehr warm da oben - nicht ausreichend Schränke/ Ablage für 4 Personen & deren Kleidung (nur 1 sehr kleiner Schrank pro Zimmer)
