− die Ausstattungsbeschreibung von booking.com passte nicht zu dem was man in der Wohnung vorfand, bei booking, hat die Wohnung eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, das hat sie nicht, dafür einen Geschirrspüler, der Hausmeister müsste sich mal alles ansehen, Dusche, Türstopper, Türgangbarkeit, ..., da kommt man sich wie in einer Jugendherberge vor
