− Double the price for half the value. Very expensive, double the average market price. The price didn't meet the offer. Extra €75, included in the price for bedding, but nothing was brand new. The host didn't speak fluently, conversational English, and emphasized the "no partying"rule three times. She requested a €200 deposit without prior notification and agreement, but was kind enough to take the identification documents, instead.
