9.0Amazing location, splendid view and a well equipped penthouse. You could spend days out on the balcony and not be bored. Great walks and attractions well within reach.
− Be mindful that this is an apartment on the fourth floor, so quite a bit of a climb. But you'll be more than rewarded with an excellent view

− hoch, 4. Etage nichts für gehbehinderte. Für uns kein Problem. Leider ist Sankt Goar nicht mehr das, was wir aus der Vergangenheit kenne. Viele leere Geschäfte, aufgegebene Hotels. Wenig touristisches Leben in der Stadt , hat jedoch nichts mit der Unterkunft zutun. Schade für die Reginon...

9.0Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer absoluten Top Lage und ist bestens ausgestattet.Die Aussicht ist phantastisch.Die Fähre nach St. Goarhausen liegt direkt vor der Tür. Die Dachterasse haben wir nicht genutzt, aber dafür den Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Da es sich um eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung handelt, war es ziemlich heiß. Zwei, drei Ventilatoren wären echt super. Zumal man bei Hitze, die Fenster Nachts, im Schlafzimmer nicht geöffnet lassen kann. Wegen dem Zugverkehr, der sich hinter dem Schlafzimmer abspielt, ist es sehr laut. Da wäre ein Ventilator echt super. Zumindest in den Schlafzimmern. Dann kann man die Fenster zu lassen. Die orangefarbenen Seifenreste in der Duschkabine und in den Fugen, lassen sich übrigens prima mit einem guten Kalkreiniger und Zahnbürste entfernen. Wer zum Teufel hat sich das mit der Dachterasse einfallen lassen?? Und vorallem, wer hat das so genehmigt? 😂 Der Aufstieg ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Der Vermieter war bei ubserer Abreise heute, telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Nichts für Gehbehinderte, da die Wohnung in der 4 Etage liegt. Kein Fahrstuhl.

9.0We zijn hier nu voor de 2e keer maar het balkon met uitzicht alle kanten op en de scheepvaart voor de deur is fantastisch. de hele dag is er wat te zien dus wij komen vast nog een keer.l
− eigenlijk niks, alleen het weer had iets beter gekund maar dat hebben jullie helaas niet in de hand.
